A singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, Livi uses a loop pedal to combine the bright, upbeat sound of the Ukulele, the resonating, classical bass of the Cello, along with the acoustic percussion of the Cajón, layers of soothing Harmonies, and the genuine, passionate sentiments of her original Lyrics and Melodies, to create unique alternative indie pop songs that will not only lift your mood but pull on your heart strings.

As a music teacher and perpetual student, Livi has a passion for learning new instruments and sometimes performs with her guitar, piano, melodica, xylophone, bass ukulele, and other music makers she finds along the way. As an artist, Livi's style is influenced by a wide spectrum of artists and genres. From Acoustic Rock and Pop from artists like Jack Johnson, Sophie Madeline, and Ingrid Michaelson, to the Blues, Jazz, and Classical Crossover artists like Melody Gardot, Ray Charles, and Yo-Yo Ma, Livi uses her own experiences with #LOVE in every style to fill her songs with tales of life, loss, lessons, and everything in between.

Livi found her passion at an early age and has always advocated that music is the universal language. She moved from Hong Kong to the United States when she was just twelve-years-old and didn’t speak a word of English, but this life-changing experience taught her an important lesson: music, like love, can be understood in any language. Since then, Livi has gone on to share her music on the West Coast in well known venues like The Voodoo Lounge at the House of Blues Los Angeles, The White Eagle in Portland, Oregon, as well as internationally, at The Wanch in Hong Kong, SAR. Livi currently lives in Portland, OR where she is working on her first full-length album Fly, and looks forward to spreading the language of her music to all those who are listening.
